The quaterly published Journal ” Informacije MIDEM – Journal of Microelectronics, Electronic Components and Materials” is a scientific – professional – society publication with more than 25 year tradition. In the Journal, contributions covering the fields of microelectronics, electronic components and materials are published.

Aim & Scope

Informacije MIDEM publishes original research papers in the fields of microelectronics, electronic components and materials.

Review papers are published upon invitation only. Scientific novelty and potential interest for a wider spectrum of readers is desired. Authors are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible for others to be able to replicate their results. Therefore, there is no page limit, provided that the text is concise and comprehensive, and any data that does not fit within a classical manuscript can be added as supplementary material.

Professional articles, research surveys, tutorials and expository overviews will not be considered for publication. However, scientific news, news from companies, institutes or universities, reports on actions of the MIDEM Society and its members, as well as other relevant contributions are welcome.

Publication Information

Full-text papers are available online under Open Access Journal Policy. The Editorial Board and the International Advisory Board, whose members are experts from the related fields, guarantee a high quality of published contributions.

Open Access Policy

All articles of this journal are freely available to the public immediately after publication without an embargo period. Authors are encouraged to distribute the final version of the article through any and all channels available to them. Since 2019 articles are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY) License

Article Processing

In order to maintain an open access policy an article processing charge (APC) of 200 € per accepted article (150 € for MIDEM Society members) is charged.
